A leading established client based in the Gloucestershire area are looking to hire a Commercial Account Handler to join their established and friendly team.
My client has an open mind and will not only consider those from a commercial broker background, but also candidates who currently work at an insurer.
KEY TASKS
To negotiate new business with insurers and other insurance brokers
• To liaise with insurance companies and build relationships with our wholesale brokers Candidates should have the following skills:
• An understanding and working knowledge of commercial related insurance policies, predominantly Commercial Vehicle, Employers & Public Liability and Goods In Transit
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Sirius - SSP (or experience of using a similar system)
• A confident telephone manner and the ability to be accurate and precise whilst working under pressure and meeting deadlines
• A friendly and approachable personality with the ability to adapt to customer requirements with patience and understanding

Salary on offer is negotiable and competitive depending on experience.
