A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Account Manager working for one of the UKs largest Accountants and Business Adviser firms.

As an Accountancy Manager at you will play a pivotal role in managing a client portfolio with a higher level of client responsibility. Your day-to-day duties will include:

Client Portfolio Management:

Oversee and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-level service delivery.

Utilize workflow management tools to streamline processes for your own portfolio.

Team Oversight:

Supervise and oversee your team's portfolios, providing guidance and support.

Foster a collaborative team environment to enhance overall performance.

Client Service:

Handle all elements of client service, utilizing support from Directors/Partners for technical areas.

Minimize client contact with partners through proactive support.

Opportunity Development:

Identify and develop opportunities for the Group, bringing them to the attention of Directors/Partners.

Contribute to the growth and success of the organization through strategic initiatives.

Autonomous and Teamwork:

Work both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve collective goals.

Quality Advice Delivery:

Take responsibility for the delivery of high-quality advice to clients.

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent qualification.

Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership and client management skills.

Excellent understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.

Proficiency in using workflow management tools.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
