We have recently partnered with an independent broker based in Lancashire in recruiting for an experienced account handler working within their SME team and also mid market cases.

Purpose of the role:

To build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers offering a high standard of service at all times:

Main duties:

* Using the Acturis system

* Dealing with new client enquiries, mid- term adjustments via telephone and email

* Ensuring that client accounts are maintained accurately
