A growing and highly ambitious Insurance Broker, are now seeking to appoint a new Commercial Account Handler to work in their Bristol office, and we are delighted to be working exclusively with them on this role. They have gained a reputation as a go to broker in the Financial Lines space with a particular focus on Professional Indemnity and as such, this is a genuinely exciting time to be joining them, with the MD telling us that they have big plans moving forward as a business, offering anyone excellent career opportunities here. There are 5 of them in this office currently, and they want you to take that number to 6.
You will be responsible for providing account handling support to one of the partners, dealing with a range of insurance admin duties as well as working on renewals, using the Acturis system. You will maintain regular contact with existing clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met according to their high service standards. This will be financial lines focused, handling accounts for Professional Indemnity, Cyber and Directors and Officers business.
They are looking to speak to you if you have 1-2 years commercial insurance experience (this does not need to be financial lines focused), and experience using the Acturis system and this systems experience will be key for them to be able to consider you.
They offer a competitive salary of £30-35k, with a hybrid working model in operation, working 5 days a week. They work 2 days a week in the office (Tuesdays and Thursdays) with the rest being able to be worked from home. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm, however this broker also offer flexible working, so you can obtain a super work life balance here!
They also offer benefits including a company pension of 5% (matched) and Life Insurance.
