Can be based in Ferndown, Totton or Winchester

£30,000 per annum plus commission

Our Dorset based client are working with Venatu to find an experienced Client Manager.

As the successful candidate you will be joining a growing company, who offer accounting and tax services to contractors, freelancers, and SMEs. This role is office based working Monday – Friday on a full-time permanent basis.  We are looking for an experienced Client Manager to join our clients busy team in either their Ferndown, Totton or Winchester office.

Your role

Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their expectations are met at all times.
Attend client meetings
Producing quotes for new clients
Supervising and training new team members
Monitoring and reporting of internal SLAs
Scheduling new jobs as they come in and allocating workloads to the accountants
Reviewing all statutory accounts and corporation tax computations
Knowledge and Experience

Client Management experience ideally within a small / medium sized accountancy
Previous practice experience
Experience of training and developing team members
