Entry Level Insurance Advisor
Rural Oxford - must be a car driver - fully office based
£23,000 - £25,000 plus up to 5% bonus
8.30am - 5pm

Global CTS are working with a client based rural Oxfordshire. Due to company growth, they're looking for a Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join their team. You will be responsible for supporting existing customers with policy changes, selling personal and commercial insurance products and making sure that you uphold an exceptional level of Customer Service skills.

Responsibilities:

* Work with customers over the phone, by email, and in person to offer insurance solutions for their business and personal needs

* Ensure that we deliver for our customers in a timely manner

* Identity and promote our range of investment, pension and Health & Safety Products

Skills, Experience and Knowledge:

* Ideally you will have telephone or face to face customer service or sales experience. However, this is not a requirement

* Potential sales ability and enthusiasm for hitting targets

* Works well in a team setting is essential

* Demonstrate Customer Service skills

* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

* Demonstrate problem solving ability, good attention to detail and willingness to use own initiative and judgement

* Consistently self-motivated to achieve and exceed targets with a strong interest in and commitment to self-development and learning

* Due to the nature of the role, you will be subject to criminal record and financial solvency checks, you would need to have been living in the UK the past 5 years
