My client is seeking a highly motivated and career-driven Account Handler with 6-18 months of experience in the insurance industry to join their team in Amersham.
This role offers significant opportunities for training and progression, particularly in non-standard and high net worth insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of a small book of personal insurance clients
Provide exceptional customer service by building strong relationships and understanding customer needs
Explore further opportunities within the client base
Support Account Managers in day-to-day operations
Demonstrate the professionalism for which Luker Rowe is renowned
Qualifications and Skills:
6-18 months of experience in the insurance industry
Strong self-starter with proven ability to manage workload
Excellent communication skills
In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry and existing product knowledge
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
Passionate customer advocate
Experience and confidence in using computer systems and software
Beneficial Experience:
