Job Description:
We are in search of a strategic and results-driven National Account Manager to oversee and foster key relationships with national clients. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key national accounts within the food service industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement strategic account plans aligned with company objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth within existing accounts.
Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to meet both customer and company goals.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Provide regular reporting and analysis on account performance and market trends.Qualifications:
Proven experience as a National Account Manager in the food service industry is a must.
Strong understanding of food service trends, market dynamics, and customer needs.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel nationally, including occasional visits to West Midlands headquarters.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.Benefits:
