What are the day-to-day responsibilities of an Insurance Consultant:

Answering incoming calls
Providing customer service with tailored quotes and information
Managing email responses
General Sales/Servicing of new and existing policies
Required Skills and Qualifications for an Insurance Consultant:

Thoughtful listener
Enthusiastic telephone manner
Ability to build rapport and trust
Customer-facing background with experience in soft selling preferable
