Dray/Brewery Assistant

Role Summary: Delivering beer to trade outlets in the local area, acting as ambassador for the brewery, undertaking brewing and production related tasks as required, as well as assisting in the onsite shop
Delivering

- Delivery of beer to trade outlets, acting a ambassador for the brewery in front of customers
- Safely loading and unloading of vehicle
- Working within a customer focussed environment and always acting in a professional and courteous manner
- Accurate checking of goods on delivery, as well as associated paperwork and cash sales as required
- Safe manual handling of materials and components Brewing:

- Assisting in the brewing process as required, including, brewing, monitoring and temperature control, cask preparation/cleaning and racking
- Be familiar with the Company’s Heath and Safety policies, ensuring that all tasks are undertaken in accordance with these policies, educating other staff members as required
- Routine cleaning of all vessels and production equipment in line with Company brewing policy
- Organise and maintain chiller space Onsite shop

- Accommodate and welcome drinkers on-site
- Serving drinks as required during the week   
Contracted Hours: [8am-5pm Monday to Friday; occasional Saturday work on site, at overtime rates]
