Vocational Lead required ASAP!
We are looking to recruit a strong vocational lead who has a passion for teaching students with social, emotional, mental health needs.
You will be joining a thriving Alternative Provision in Southend, that support students with SEMH. Therefore, experience teaching pupils with challenging behaviours is preferred.
However, if you are a robust, resilient and patient teacher with a genuine desire to support looked after children or those with SEMH – this is the role for you!
Experience teaching and or leading vocational subjects such as Health & Social Care, Princes Trust, PSHE, Citizenship, Construction, Hair & Beauty, Food technology, Occupational Studies and employability etc. are essential.
You will be responsible for the delivery and management of vocational subjects.
This is a full-time teaching role, with the opportunity to go permanent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
