FW Recruitment have been asked to find a leading National Recruitment Agency a Senior Onsite Recruitment Account Manager to support a key corporate account in the Hinckley Area.

This is a face paced role and they are looking for someone to come in and support their business needs working collaboratively with the client to anticipate future recruitment requirements
On-site volume recruitment management experience is essential.

You will be responsible for:-

* The supervision and development of your team.

* Providing a quality service

* Taking responsibility for candidate fulfilment
