Rotherham based broker is looking for a personal lines Account Handler to join their team. Here you will be responsible for processing renewal cases effectively and achieving high levels of customer service and retention rates.

On offer:

* Salary £25k-£30k depending on experience

* Hybrid working

Experience and background requirements:

* Personal lines insurance experience within a broking or underwriting role

* Acturis experience would be beneficial but not essential

* Able to handle a case load of approx. 60 cases per month

* Good organisation skills and attention to detail
