Insurance Sales Advisor
£27,000-£35,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission.
OTE £65,000 + RO5 Funding
We are currently on the hunt for an experienced Insurance Advisor to join a fast-paced, dynamic environment where people are rewarded for team collaboration and their individual contributions. As one of the largest and fastest growing award-winning financial services businesses in Manchester we are looking to add to the team of nearly 100 staff to enable a great service for new enquiries.
The successful Insurance Advisor will be joining a high performing sales team with hot leads provided. Alongside your team of experienced Insurance Advisor colleagues, you’ll receive the initial enquiry, that is passed to you from a dedicated customer contact agent, you will conduct a fact find and offer advice to clients - converting the enquiries to policies over the phone.
As an Insurance Advisor you may not have sold life insurance before, but experience of sales is essential (preferably in an insurance or financial services-based business). We will however provide rigorous training and support to ensure you have the right product knowledge and a thorough understanding of the market.
As an Insurance Advisor, we want to ensure the work life balance - that’s why the latest we expect you to work until is 7pm Monday to Thursday, and the latest anyone works until on a Friday is 2.30pm.
The ideal Insurance Advisor will need good time management skills and a consultative approach, whilst providing every client with an exceptional level of customer service and ensuring all relevant documentation is completed appropriately. You will need 12 months experience within Financial Services & at least 12 months in a regulated sales environment.
In return for your efforts, you will receive 30 days holiday per year increasing to 35 days, extended weekend every week & regular company events!!
