We are looking to speak to experienced Commercial Account Handlers for what we believe is a truly fabulous opportunity to work for a great business, with a genuinely great Boss and Team, offering lots of long-term prospects!
Based in Farnham, Surrey. This business is a small organisation (13 in the office) but they have grown impressively since their inception in 2016, and have big, exciting and innovate plans to develop the business going forward. Due to the growth already experienced this year, they are now in need of an experienced Account Handler to work with a mixture of commercial clients.
The MD feels they offer something a bit different, being non corporate, and being an organisation that has a genuinely rewarding culture, both professionally and personally. All in all, they feel they are a “special” place to work and would love to hear from you if you would like to work in this sort of environment where everyone enjoys what they do and has a smile on their face doing it!
They want to speak to you if you have at least 1 years commercial insurance broking experience. With a preference for those with the CII qualification as a minimum, although they will also consider those without, if you have the experience they need!
You will be working in their Small Business team, which supports several Account Executive in the handling of a variety of accounts/risks across Commercial, with a particular emphasis on commercial combined. They also use Acturis here, so experience working on this system would also be good!
They are also looking for someone who matches their values. They genuinely care about the service every client receives, and the attention to detail they give every customer, so you will need to share this ethos!
In return, the salary on offer is £25-30k, plus 25 days holiday to start, and a pension. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with 1 day a week remote working (Fridays at home).
