Vice President , Credit Risk Manager - NBFI in London - Morgan McKinley

Our client, a Global Bank, are looking for a VP Credit Risk Manager - NBFI to join their Credit Risk team based in London.
Responsibilities below:
Review, recommend and monitor counterparty credit risk for non-bank FI clients with a focus on alternative asset managers such a private credit, real estate and hedge funds.
Participate in client meetings and DD calls and at times lead these for Credit Risk.
Review, recommend and monitor transactions that result in credit risk. Work with Coverage, Structuring and Legal in proposing structural features to mitigate credit risk. Transaction types could include recourse and non-recourse funding, fund financing, and structured repos on illiquid underlying as well vanilla derivatives and repos.
Support and propose solutions for new business initiatives and strategies from a credit perspective.
Monitor wider market and industry developments relevant for the portfolio and strategies.
Exercise delegated credit approval authority and/or make recommendations to senior management on transactions as well as continuously and actively monitoring the portfolio in line with internal policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Previous experience within Credit Risk is preferred.
