The Opportunity:
Finatal is working with an incredibly sought-after asset manager looking for an experienced individual to lead their Group and Private Credit Finance teams
The ideal candidate will have had valuable experience within private credit, listed businesses and/or an asset manager.
The Role:
Leading the Group and Private Credit Finance teams and reporting into the CFO, your team will be responsible for:
Strategy, planning and management of finance function and financial performance monitoring
Service provider management by maintaining key third-party relationships including fund administrators, depositories, auditors, reporting accountant and tax for debt fund
Lead the group’s production of the annual and interim reports as well as overseeing all month-end activities of the function
Accounting policy and audit through ensuring group valuation models for carried interest and IFRS 9 provisions are up to date
Automation and control thorough leading initiatives to drive process improvement through automation and streamlining across all finance processes
Requirements:
Experience in a senior finance position across listed businesses, private debt businesses or an asset manager
Ability to lead a high performing team and manage effectively
Positive ‘can-do’ attitude and keen to continue personal and professional development
