Credit Controller in Macclesfield - CV-Library

A busy and growing Financial Services business is looking to bring in an experienced Credit Controller to help manage a flourishing workload and expanding list of clients.

This will be a  full time role, on the internal payroll on a 6 month FTC basis, and is located just outside of Macclesfield in a convenient location with lots of parking.

The company is busy and onboarding new clients currently, so there's a good chance this could convert into a full permanent role.

You will be joining a committed, hard working team in a relaxed environment with a high volume of incoming work to process, so you’ll need to be able to work at pace with key attention to detail.
The business will expect you to hit the ground running so experience in a busy Credit Control position is essential. Full training on their internal processes and procedures will be provided but you’ll need to know how to manage complex, varied credit control duties across multiple clients, be highly numerate and literate (lots of written correspondence involved) and be highly conversant across the Microsoft Office suite of software packages.
Key Accountabilities involved :

Regular email / phone contact with debtors across the client accounts
Responsibility for the daily collections of amounts receivable
Daily reporting to Clients
Input and extraction of data from invoice finance system
Coordinating payment plans
Issuing Instructions for outstanding debt
Daily inbound/outbound collections calls/emails
