As a Credit Controller for our client, your primary focus will be managing daily tasks related to debt collection and maintaining positive customer relationships within the home interiors industry. Here's what you'll be responsible for:
Ensuring the timely collection of outstanding debts and customer payments.
Maintaining contact with customers to clarify invoice details and facilitate payments related to home decor and furnishings.
Handling account queries, both internal and external, and issuing credits when necessary.
Negotiating repayment plans with customers interested in home interiors.
Accurately recording daily receipts in the client's accounting systems, specifically tailored to the home interiors business.
Providing accounts-related information to the client's internal teams.
Implementing credit control processes within the client's systems, escalating issues when needed.
Assisting with the setup of new customer accounts following Credit Control procedures.Your Qualifications:
Previous credit control experience is essential.
Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
