Job Description
Manage, motivate and lead the Credit Control team.
Track KPI's
Organise training for teams needs.
Understand and implement policies.
Implement and ensure continous improvement of debt collection procedures
Perform weekly review of aged debtor report
Attend operational meetings
Work alongside operations team.
Work closely with Account manager to ensure debt is kept to a minimum.
