The Purchase Ledger team is growing incredibly fast due to some big acquisitions, and they still need one final employee to make this a team of 5.

The Purchase Ledger team ensures that all invoices are processed in a timely manner and paid according to the agreed terms. Some of the main duties include:

Ensure creditors are paid according to the agreed terms.
Management of the purchase ledger inbox.
Match and verify invoices to our purchase order system.
Liaise with all teams across the business in ensuring that invoices and internal queries are actioned swiftly.
Set up new Supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details.
Reconcile supplier statements and investigate issues.

You will need excellent Excel skills for this role and be able to communicate with suppliers and internal departments. Deadlines always need to be met so being self-motivated is essential, along with good attention to detail and brilliant organisational skills. Any knowledge of Sage 200 would be a big benefit to get you up and running faster.

Any previous experience in an IT or Telco industry experience is desirable.

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
