Key Responsibilities for Credit Controller:

Reporting into the Finance Manager, your duties will include

* Outbounds calls to ensure debts are paid in a timely manner

* Posting of customers payments

* Allocating daily cheques/BACS to correct customer accounts

* Requesting remittance advices from customers/depots

* Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships

* Ensuring that all request statements are sent within a timely manner

* Copy invoice requests

* Supporting the Accounts team

* Dealing with sales ledger queries

* Credit checking new and existing customers

Skills required for Credit Controller

* Previous Credit Control experience

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft and accountancy software

* Excellent relationships with internal colleagues and external clients

* High attention to detail
