Job Role: Credit Controller

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 DOE

Location: Trafford Park, Manchester

We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join our Accounts function based out of our Head Office in Trafford Park. As a Credit Controller your role will be to support our Senior Credit Controller and Accounts Manager with the management and collection of outstanding invoices from our clients.

Here’s what you can expect to be doing:

Review credit limits against Euler Hermes limits and updating the system for any changes
Submit quarterly returns to Euler Hermes
Posting debtor’s cash
Attaching remittances onto the account’s software
Complete everyday bank reconciliations
Chase debtors when required
Sending monthly statements
Sending copy invoices as and when required
Dealing with client queries
Evaluating new credit requests and conducting client credit checks
Uploading invoices onto client portals and ancillary tasks
Review nominal codes for imported/captured purchase ledger invoices
Liaising with the sales team
A few things about you:

Good working knowledge of Excel (including pivots) is crucial.
Exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work to tight deadlines and follow processes
Good basic maths skills

Face to face collaboration with our colleagues and clients is important to us, so the role is office based.
