Role Summary:

The Credit Controller will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient cash collection from debtors, contributing to a seamless cash flow management within the finance department.

Responsibilities:

Proactively manage and collect debts owed by company debtors.
Maintain detailed ledgers to record customer debts, communications, queries, and resolutions.
Follow the overdue debt escalation process to facilitate debt collection.
Perform credit checks on new and existing customers to ensure that credit limits align with their financial and payment performance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to offer support and resolve account payment queries promptly.
Post daily cash receipts and efficiently resolve any allocated payments.Whats in it for you?

What We're Looking For:

3 years of experience in a Credit Controller role.
Exceptional numeracy skills.
Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including V-look ups and pivot tables.
Strong planning and organisational skills, capable of prioritising urgent and important tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Keen attention to detail, ensuring task completion with precision and consistency.
