Tradebe are looking for a Credit Controller for our Marlow office.
To manage a portion of the sales ledger, and to reduce the overdue balances owed.
The role
Chasing up overdue balances with external customers.
Account reconciliations.
Allocation of customer payments.
Maintenance of customer contact information.
Credit risk assessment for prospective new customers.
Query resolution - liaising with internal stakeholders including Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives in a timely manner.
Monitoring of team shared mailbox.
Other ad hoc duties as required.
The person
Previous experience in a credit control role.
Proactive manner and problem-solving skills.
Intermediate MS Excel skills.
Good attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Strong communication skills.
