Think Accountancy and Finance are pleased to be supporting a client of theirs in Hemel Hempstead who are in need of a Credit Administrator.
This position reports to the Financial Controller and will manage over 100 customer accounts on a monthly basis.
Due to the nature of the role, this position requires excellent Customer Service skills and also some experience of credit control or accounts receivable. There is an opportunity for someone to be trained in areas of this role if you do have experience in admin/customer service roles and keen interest to work in a finance team.
Managing customer queries
Managing commission reports
Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
Self-start ability and excellent organisational skills.
ResillientThe role would suit someone who has 1-2 years experience in a credit control admin role and also a background in a customer service role. You will be able to embrace challenging calls and be able to manage your own time to ensure debtor days are kept to a minimum.
