Credit Controller (30 hours per week) in Foston - CV-Library

My Client is a family owned, rapidly growing Logistics provider who focus on transport and distribution solutions. They are trusted by some of the biggest household names in the UK across food, engineering and automotive sectors.

They have a fantastic opportunity for a credit controller to join them on a part time basis. Working Monday – Friday 09.00 -15.00.

Responsibilities

* Ensure debtor days are kept below target

* Proactively chase debt ensuring payment terms are maintained

* Allocation of remittances

* Reconciling sales ledgers

* Maintaining a receipt forecast in line with remittance expectations

* Pursuing customers with late payments and addressing payment delays

* Dealing with sales invoice queries, liaising with operations to resolve

* Opening customer accounts, ensuring robust credit checking process

* Maintaining sufficient credit insurance limits

Skills and experience required

* Experience in a Credit Control role

* Experience within accounts software

* Proficient with Microsoft products, notably Excel

Desirable

* Advanced user of Excel (Pivot tables etc.)

* Experience with Credit Insurance
