The purpose of the role is to ensure the daily collection of cash to achieve the Team KPI’s whilst being compliant with all company procedures and legislative requirements:

Maintain timely collections of cash from customers.

Daily blocked orders are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Efficient use of side trade – complete workflow actions with accurate notes.

Ensure all work is correctly documented for weekly management reviews.

Prepare accounts for pre legal action.

Credit Control experience is desirable however the main requirement is for candidates who can speak fluent Spanish and who also have a positive attitude with good organisational, communication and timekeeping skills
