Credit Controller | Burton On Trent | Permanent| up to 25k Cherry Professional is currently working alongside a well-known company based in Burton On Trent, the company is looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller that can work in a high volume environment. Responsibilities:
Chasing overdue debt
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and customers
Collection of Sales Ledger cash
Customer Queries
Mailbox monitoring
Allocating payments received
Reconciliation
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in credit control or a related financial role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work well under pressure.
Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and laws.
Able to stand alone when required Able to work in a team
