Job Overview: You will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial stability. You will work closely with the Team Leader to ensure that debts are paid on time in the vibrant heart of Birmingham. This role involves dealing with partnerships and students, making proactive phone calls to chase unpaid debts. While the value of the debts may be low, the volume is high, so a passion for credit control work and an enjoyment of it is crucial.
