Your new company
Hays are pleased to be exclusively working with a market leading company based in Perthshire to support in their team's continued growth and development. Their Credit Control division is a vital part of the business' day to day operations so the requirement for additional permanent members of staff has become available.

Your new role
In your new role, you will be directly supporting the wider Credit Control team in daily customer management including chasing payments, managing aged debt and supporting in the cleansing of non active accounts. You will be working on your own portfolio to positively support in reducing debtor days, aged debt and confidently managing customer queries in relation to payment plans.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will have previous experience working in customer service or credit control and a strong willingness to progress your career in a customer facing position. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to manage challenging situations and conversations with integrity and resilience. Previous experience working in a shared services centre, call centre or credit control focused environment will be of considerable advantage.
