My client is looking for a Credit Controller to join their team. They are very happy to train the role in full but are keen to find someone who is going to be a good fit for their team. They are looking for someone who is confident and full of character. Due to the nature of the role, they are looking for someone who can navigate difficult conversations and negotiate.

Duties:

* Outbound calling, with the view to recover debt

* Inbound calls from customers

* Updating the customers on account information

* Discussing payment plans

* Collecting late payments

* Completing administrative duties

* Assess affordability of clients

Attributes:

* Excellent spoken and written English is a must

* Confident on the phone

* Team player
