Trainee Credit Controller in Wakefield - CV-Library

Elevation Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting for a well-established & growing business based in the Wakefield area as they look to recruit a Trainee Credit Controller to join their growing finance team!

Duties & Responsibilities of the Trainee Credit Controller will include:

Manage own ledger ensuring that cash collection is made within customer payment terms
Managing multiple ledgers
To actively drive the reduction in invoice queries within the wider business
Prepare monthly ledger reports, detailing any reasons for variances
To be successful you MUST have the following attributes:

Strong communication skills
Able to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
Strong desire to progress within credit control role
Good with Excel
General understanding of accountancy and finance
This is a permanent position, working on a hybrid basis (Tue & Wed WFH), with a salary of £21k - £23k depending on experience.
