Credit Controller
Dynamite Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a well-established financial services firm based just outside of Portsmouth on a hybrid basis. Reporting to the Credit Control Team Leader, you will be required to ensure that Credit Control responsibilities are completed timely and in an accurate manner.
Job Role and Responsibilities
Minimise risk to the company of overdue debtor balances.
Ensure that all debtor balances are maintained within agreed terms.
Manage recovery of debt using email, letter and telephone.
Produce and issue reminder letters, default, and termination notices.
Ensure customer queries are promptly resolved, sending copy invoices when required.
Implementing, monitoring, and documenting payment plans.
Prepare accounts for repossession agents and monitor progress.
Adhere to FCA regulated business.
Skills, Qualities and Experience
Experience with customer service (desirable)
An extremely high level of professional communication and relationship building skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organise your workload.
Knowledgeable and enthusiastic user of processes and systems
Previous credit control experience (essential)
Previous experience in a financial services business (desirable) Company benefits
