Credit Controller in Loughborough - CV-Library

The Company:

Brewster Partners are working with a client in the manufacturing sector to recruit a Credit Controller into their current team based in Loughborough

The Job:

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Handling the sales ledger, including any queries via phone and email
Performing regular contact with customers to chase outstanding payments
Allocating and posting of customer payments and cheques
Production of monthly statements
Liaise with relevant parties to escalate outstanding transactions, providing accurate and relevant information
Assign credit limits to customer accounts, using credit checking software
Additional ad-hoc duties where required by the teamThe Candidate:

Previous experience in Credit Control with demonstratable knowledge
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal to deal with internal and external contacts
Good working knowledge of IT systems - specifically MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to handle multiple different tasks at the same time
Experience with AX12 ERP system would be beneficial, but not essential
Proactive individual - able to collaborate with others and refer issues to the correct channelsThe Benefits:
