Your new company - This company is an extremely reputable business based in the Manchester area. They are currently recruiting for a credit controller due to company growth. This is a hybrid role with great benefits
Your new role - This role is a very varied position. Your main duties will include;
Managing a ledger
Chasing outstanding/upcoming payments
Providing excellent customer service
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Allocating cash
Chasing via portals, emails and phone calls
Resolving queries
Managing the start to end credit control process
What you'll need to succeed - If this role seems of interest the below experience would be needed;
Credit control experience
Great Customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Strong excel skills (V-look ups & pivot tables)
Knowledge of SAP (no essential)
Organisation skills
Attention to detail
