German Credit Controller in Manchester - CV-Library

Your new company - This company is a very reputable organisation based in Manchester. They are currently in need of a Credit controller who is fluent in German due to company growth and a heavy work load.

Your new role - As a Credit Controller your main role will be to chase upcoming/outstanding debt and retrieving funds for the German market. Your other main duties will be;

Managing/Working a Sales ledger
Allocating cash
Chasing payments via phone, email and post
Negotiating payment plans
Building/maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
Providing excellent customer service
Reporting progress to the Credit Manager
Other adhoc dutiesWhat you'll need to succeed - If this role sounds of interest to yourself, please see below criteria that would be desirable for this role;

Able to speak fluent German
Credit Control experience
Experience allocating cash
Excel skills (V-look ups & Pivot tables)
Attention to detail and great organisation
Positive attitude to work
