Your new company - This company is a very reputable firm based in the North Manchester area. They're in need of a Credit/Collections advisor due to company growth.
Your new role - As a Credit/Collections advisor you will be responsible for collecting outstanding/upcoming payments from key company clients. You main duties will include;
Managing a ledger
Making outbound calls on a B2B basis
Maintaining and developing relationships with company clients
Adhoc reporting and admin duties
Chasing outstanding and upcoming payments
Working well as part of a team
What you'll need to succeed - To be a successful candidate for this role the below requirements would be needed;
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Great attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
Customer service skills
