Credit Control in Manchester - CV-Library

Your new company - This company is a very reputable firm who are in need of a Credit Controller. They are based in the Manchester area and offer Hybrid working.

Your new role - This role is required due to company progression and has a possibility of leading into a permanent role. You main duties will be;

Chasing outstanding/upcoming debt via Email and Telephone
Allocating Cash
Solving customer queries
Producing/Providing Customer statements
Escalating issues
Working towards targets and updating reports
What you'll need to succeed - If you're interested in this role, the below attributes would be required;

Confident speaking to customers on the phone
Credit Control Experience
Well-organised and self-motivated
Being able to work towards targets
Excellent telephone manner
Knowledge of Excel and MS packages
Strong Analytic skills
