Your new company - This organisation is a very reputable firm based in Manchester. They're in need of a Credit Controller to join their team due to company growth. This role will be on a temp to perm basis and offers great opportunity's for progression.
Your new role - Your main role as a Credit Controller will be to retrieve outstanding/upcoming debt from the companies clients. Your main duties will include;
Managing a high value ledger
Maintaining and building relationships with company clients
Chasing outstanding/upcoming payments via email, telephone and portals
Processing and reconciliation of invoices
Negotiating payment plans
Using excel to work a ledger and download data

Previous credit control experience
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Experience managing a high value ledger
Excel knowledge (pivot tables, V-look ups, formulas)
Experience using ERP systems
Strong communication skills
