Job Description
Our client in Newstead Village NG15 is looking for an Accounts Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis. You will report to the Credit Control Team Leader and will hopefully have experience with credit control/administration, but all can be taught! As long as the willingness and capability to learn is there.
Hours –
Full-time 36.5 hours
Mon-Fri
£11.50ph
Duties –
* Manage own time/be organised.
* Liaise with the sales, customer service and invoicing teams regarding any queries.
* Full administrative duties using the company’s’ CRM, Sage, Sage Pay and other IT solutions.
* Customer account administration
* Emailing invoices and statements to support the credit team.
* General admin tasks
* Chasing payments from up to 1,000 accounts each month by email/telephone.
* Managing pro-forma invoices
* Dealing with customers queries via email/telephone.
* Posting Bacs, Card & Chq cash receipts and allocation
* Excellent communication and numeracy skills are essential.
