Credit Controller

Salary: up to £30K dependant on experience

Location – Banbury with hybrid working

T2M Resourcing are recruiting a Credit Controller on behalf of a leading international manufacturing business.

As Credit Controller, you will take full ownership of and responsibility for a portfolio of customers, managing the full collection, including payment plans, stop supplies, dispute management and ensuring customer accounts are fully reconciled.

Main responsibilities in this Credit Controller role will include:

* Chasing debt via Telephone email or letter.

* Ensure activities are targeted at maximising cash collection and reducing overdue debt.

* Work across the business to ensure invoice disputes are resolved in a timely manner.

* Ensure timely escalation of issues that may impact performance and debtor results.

* Provide information on customers within own debtor portfolio, to support the credit assessment process.

* Apply time management techniques to ensure daily activities are achieved and so achieving team goals and targets.

To be successful in this Credit Controller role you will need to demonstrate the following skills, attributes and experience:

* Previous experience within a high volume, fast paced Credit Control role

* Good knowledge of MS Office

* Experience with Accounting packages, ideally SAP

* Excellent communication skills

* Self-motivated and results driven

* Passion for delivering results
