We are looking for Customer Service Adviser's with a proven track record in customer operations & contact centre work - who are self-motivated and experienced in dynamic & highly productive working environments.
You will also need to be a service professional and passionate about providing great service on every customer contact and have a non-stop positive attitude about this type of work.

The hours worked will be on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Friday 8.00am - 8.00pm, Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays 9.00am-5.30pm. We are offering 31 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
Our starting salary for a Customer Service Adviser is £19,000pa based on a 40 hour week. This increases by £500 upon successful completion of probation & there will also be an incentive programme.
