About Us:

We are a fast growing social FinTech company giving Credit Unions in the UK access to a state-of-the-art fintech ecosystem. Our aim is to grow a select group of Community Lenders into network challenger banks offering a viable alternative to high-cost lenders.

We are a small and dynamic team of about 45 people, offering a suitable graduate the opportunity to have an immediate impact on the business and grow with us.

We grew 5x in size over the last year and based on current trajectory will be the biggest player in the UK Credit Union market by the end of 2022.

We have big ambitions and a management team to deliver it; with +100 years’ experience in banking across Credit Suisse, UBS, and Barclays.

The Role:

You will be supporting the Commercial Director in managing the day to day relationships with our marketing and broker partners to increase the number of new customers we onboard. You will also be working closely with the various IT functions to make sure we continuously optimize the online customer application journey.


  • Managing day to day communications with partners
  • Analysing new customer acquisition performance using data and reporting
  • Agreeing and negotiating partner commercials
  • New partner onboarding
  • Developing, building, and maintaining an existing customer marketing programme
  • Taking commercial ownership of the website and customer journeys, with the objective to improve conversion
  • Competitor benchmarking to support pricing, product, and credit risk strategies
  • Ongoing partner compliance monitoring
  • Working with operations to manage and forecast new customer flow
  • Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly reporting; taking action when required
  • Own the partner reporting, billing, and invoicing process

Requirements, You will:

  • have a minimum of a 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK university
  • have a true interest in Financial Services
  • have excellent communication skills
  • have high levels of motivation and integrity
  • have strong numerical skills.
  • have strong data analysis, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • be able to operate with urgency and prioritise work accordingly
  • be innovative and have the ability to generate new and creative ideas
