£40K - £50KWe are on the hunt for a proactive and confident Financial Operations Manager for a hybrid London-based role, to work with us at Artisan People.As Financial Operations Manager, you will be providing financial support and expertise across all areas of the business. Some of your responsibilities as Financial Operations Manager will include (but not be limited to):Full responsibility for pro-forma client ledger, ensuring payments are always made before shifts commence.Complete ownership of the Terms of Business function for all new clients.Seek to improve all invoicing processes, liaising with all internal departments and meeting with key clients and our external factoring company.Provide financial reporting data to clients that require it.Assist with the bookkeeping function providing weekly Sales and Payroll journals for Sage.Send out the weekly payroll BACS payments.Assist with the implementation of a new back office and online time-sheeting system.Maintain excellent working relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Assist with running of weekly payroll to cover for any annual leave.Produce financial data for Managers and Directors when requested.We’re looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role and an Accounting qualification. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential.Ideally, you will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a great level of attention to detail. You will be expected to work well in a busy and fast paced environment.
