Our Reading client is recruiting for an Administrator to join their team to help with a project for the next 3-6 month period with a strong likelihood to go on longer term.
*Please note there is no parking at the client, they are central in Reading* There may also be an option after training to do some home working.

You will be responsible for taking calls from members, updating the specialist database and assisting with high volume mailshots to members too. You will need a good eye for detail, strong data entry skills and an excellent telephone manner.
Maintaining data and processing requests in relation to the Pension database and membership
Completing updates to the pensions database to ensure that records are accurately maintained
Dealing with enquiries on the telephone, email and in writing
Providing Lead Support on Scams Identification administration within a growing team
Producing/Auditing reports for client teams/Trustees
Auditing Scams calls conducted by other team members
Ensuring that member cases are dealt with in accordance with strict deadlines > Overseeing production of monthly billing information
Collation of data for Management Information (MI) and production of MI report
Reviewing and updating of Processes in line with industry change
Computer literate, including Word and Excel
Organised, methodical and logical approach to tasks
Good time management skills
Can do attitude and takes pride in work
Ability to work in a team towards targets
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work on own initiative
Attention to detail
C or above in Maths and English
Previous experience of working within an office environment
