We're looking for an Operations Associate to be responsible for middle office oversight and to manage all interaction with the investment team to support the in-house investment model. The job-holder is responsible for leading discussions with outsourced service providers, undertaking control activities to govern the Collateral Management process, having accountability for ensuring data used by the team and affiliated systems is current and accurate, and serving as the broker escalation point for trades execution / post-trade issues. We're looking for applicants with recent experience within an asset manager / investment fund / investment bank, sitting in a middle office or collateral management team, dealing with high volume derivatives flow. We expect that applicants provide a value-add from their astute stakeholder and relationship management of Clearing Brokers, underpinned by excellent verbal and written communication skills when interacting with diverse internal stakeholders of all levels.
