In line with its growth plans, the company is seeking a Bridging Loan specialist to leverage short-term finance business from its existing clients.
It is essential that you have previous experience of successfully selling Bridging and short-term finance solutions, and that you have a good knowledge of the lenders within this market. Equally, you must have strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals. You must be charismatic, engaging and commercially-aware, with the ability to secure strong buy-in from clients.
You will be rewarded with an attractive basic salary (Negotiable, depending on experience), plus a generous commission structure, resulting in very high on target earnings.
