Broker Development Executive - HNW Private Clients

London Region

Salary - Highly Competitive

An opportunity to join a market leading insurer in the UK HNW market place.

This role would suit an existing Development Underwriting who is looking to move away from a solely front-end underwriting role and develop their career in a new direction. It would also be ideal for someone who is already in a broker network development role from either an insurer, MGA or broker background.

In this role you will be out in the field meeting existing broker partners and presenting to potential new brokers. Act as a focal point for Broker Partners and create, identify and maximise business development opportunities.Depending on your experience you will also hold an underwriting authority and underwrite priority risks.

The purpose of the role will be to collaborate effectively with colleagues throughout the organisation to drive business growth, lead the execution of the sales activity plan and deliver the Broker Strategy plan, across the London region.

Requirements for the role;

- Technical understanding of HNW risks and the UK HNW market.

- Experience of business development, account management and developing strong business relationships.

- Ability to quickly establish credibility.

- Strong influencing and negotiation skills

- Hold a Uk driving licence and car.
