Role Definition

As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll help us launch and optimize campaigns on a variety of digital channels to increase brand awareness in our key markets and cost-effectively engage new and existing broker partners.

You’ll work closely with a fun, collaborative and award-winning marketing team in a fast-paced environment to think outside the box, test new ideas and generally make great things happen!

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize our paid marketing strategy across search, social and display to increase brand awareness, drive relevant traffic to the corporate site and cost-effectively engage partners
  • Oversee and contribute to organic social media strategy
  • Build multi-channel campaigns from scratch including audience targeting, budgeting, and creative deployment
  • Test & optimize campaigns to meet specific company KPIs, monitor & report on performance and share learnings across the team
  • Manage the corporate website, including all development projects and performance reporting, working closely with our established agency
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop impactful content and new creative

Knowledge & Experience

  • We are looking for someone who has worked with the major digital advertising platforms, experience within our industry is a bonus but not required.

    You’ll have:

    • 4-5 years’ experience in a digital marketing role, in-house or agency
    • At least 2 years’ experience in B2B
    • Hands-on experience with major digital marketing ad platforms (specifically LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads), best practices and website analytics
    • End to end understanding of the advertising process, campaign set up, tracking, optimization, and attribution
    • Strong quantitative skills and the ability to make data driven decisions
    • Experience using marketing automation systems (HubSpot preferred) and CMS

Education & Qualifiations

  • Educated to undergraduate degree level
